The Haywood County Chamber of Commerce has a wide array of Marketing Opportunities available to our membership. Each opportunity is specifically created to add visibility and credibility to your business and/or organization through the support of the Chamber.

Online Marketing Opportunities

The Chamber’s website (haywood-nc.com) provides value-added members-exclusive advertising opportunities that enables businesses and area organizations to target more than XXX web visitors to the site every year. Run of Site (ROS) Banner Ads provide you with access to visitors on all pages of the Chamber website, excluding the homepage. The Chamber may provide design assistance for members who are unable to provide their own artwork.

Weekly & Quarterly e-Newsletter

The Haywood County Chamber of Commerce offers a weekly and quarterly e-newsletter to our membership. Each newsletter provides informative updates on Chamber programs, events, and news that directly impacts our membership. Both newsletters are emailed to over 700 contacts each week and are available on the Chamber’s website for later viewing.

Print Marketing Opportunities

Annual Business Directory

The Haywood County Chamber of Commerce Membership Directory is one of the chamber’s most important member-to-member benefits and tools. The directory provides a alphabetical listing, by category of chamber member businesses and information about the board of directors and staff, to familiarize members with the leadership of the chamber. Perhaps more important, the Directory is used as a means of emphasizing the significance of conducting business within the county. The directory highlights businesses that are growing successfully and those that continually give back to the community.

Relocation Directory

The Haywood County Chamber of Commerce Relocation Guide contains stories and information that provide potential residents a snapshot of life in Haywood. The Guide includes stories ranging from public education to the region’s best restaurants, showcasing why Haywood County is a desirable place to live and work. The magazine is distributed through the Chamber Visitor Centers and sent out as the feature piece in our relocation kits.

Event Sponsorships

Each year the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce sponsors a number of events to provide networking opportunities for members and guests, to raise money for the chamber and just to have fun. Sponsorship of these events is an exclusive marketing opportunity for our membership and is a clear indication of your businesses support of the Chamber and the surrounding community. Each sponsor level comes with specific benefits to the sponsor. Benefits range from listings in Chamber publications to corporate recognition in our advertising, event signage and more. Relocation Package

This package is geared towards businesses and individuals interested in relocating to Haywood County. Members have the opportunity to advertise in the package through the insertion of a brochure or business publication.

Chamber Mailing List

Exclusively available to members of the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber Mailing List may be purchased for one-time use. Members have the opportunity to purchase the list in excel format or pre-printed on labels for ease of use.
